Shopping and placing an order with USA Archery indicates that you have read, understand and agree to all of the terms, conditions, provisions below and order eligibility guidelines posted on the Shop page accessed through www.usarchery.org.
USA Archery reserves the right to change prices without notice based on availability and supply. We are not responsible for clerical, printing and/or Web publishing errors. All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars.
Shipments CANNOT be refused for any reason. Refusal of shipment is subject to a complete loss to customer. USA Archery will not be responsible for re-‐shipping or tracking refused shipment. Custom orders receive no refund under any circumstances.
Custom/Clearance Order Items:
All orders that are custom to your specifications (embroidery) are non-‐returnable and orders cannot be canceled once placed. If for some reason the custom order was not sent as ordered, please contact USA Archery customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Clearance items are non-‐returnable.
Damages / Shortages / Incorrect Items / Lost Packages:
Unfortunately, receipt of damaged materials, incorrect items or shortages does occasionally occur. You will need to report any damages or incorrect shipping to USA Archery; digital pictures must be taken of the damaged items and packaging and forwarded to us via email. From the date of delivery you have fifteen (15) days to report any damages, lost packages, incorrect items or shortages; after that period any and all shipping damage, incorrect items or shortages will become your responsibility and you will be responsible for any and all costs related to the replacement of any of these items. Authorization to return a partial or complete order should be obtained by contacting USA Archery customer service at email@example.com. USA Archery will supply a Return Authorization Form and a return shipping label from the warehouse for the return of the item. The Return Authorization Form must be included with merchandise in its original packing and shipped within 10 days of receipt of the form in order to receive merchandise credit. When USA Archery receives notification from the warehouse that merchandise has been received undamaged and ready to be returned to stock, a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) will be processed or the items will be exchanged and replacement items shipped. A confirmation e-‐mail of the credit memo will be sent to acknowledge the receipt of merchandise. The warehouse is not authorized to re-‐stock merchandise without this form. USA Archery will process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) following notification from the warehouse that merchandise has been received. A partial or full refund of shipping and handling may be provided depending on the original order and nature of the error. A confirmation e‐mail of the credit memo will be sent to acknowledge the receipt of merchandise. There may be circumstances under which USA Archery may not require that damaged items be returned and replacement sent out based upon the item damaged and the nature of the damage. This will be at USA Archery’s discretion on a case-‐by-‐case basis./p>
Returns must be unused, in new condition, and in the original sealed manufacturer's packaging (including Styrofoam/packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.) to the manufacturer. Acceptance of a UPS/USPS package does not constitute approval of a returned item. Approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as to the item's condition and ability to be returned. Returned items hat are not in original packaging and/or showing any signs of use, installation or wear will carry a 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely depending upon the severity of wear. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged or un-sellable for any reason. Return shipping will only be refunded in the event of an error made by the manufacturer. All COD's sent to the manufacturer will be refused and returned to sender.
Authorization to return an item due to incorrect items ordered (including wrong size, color, etc.) should be obtained by contacting USA Archery customer service firstname.lastname@example.org within fifteen (15) days from date of delivery. Student and Instructor Coach Course Packet returns of incorrect items ordered may be authorized if returned unopened (requests for returns of excess quantities of packets ordered will not be accepted). USA Archery will provide a Return Authorization Form, which must be included with the return of the product in its original packaging to receive merchandise credit. The warehouse is not authorized to re‐stock merchandise without this form. Upon notification from the warehouse that merchandise has been received undamaged and ready to return to stock, USA Archery will process a refund for the full purchase price of the item (excluding shipping costs). A confirmation e-‐mail of the credit memo will be sent to acknowledge the receipt of merchandise. Approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of USA Archery as to the item’s condition. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged or un-‐sellable for any reason.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SPECIFICATIONS
Customer is responsible for reading and understanding all information about the product being ordered. This includes all safety measures related to use of products. All equipment product descriptions are given to USA Archery by the manufacturer. The manufacturer takes full responsibility of product descriptions. USA Archery makes no variation from the equipment manufacturer descriptions. USA Archery will supply the most current descriptions given to us by the manufacturer. USA Archery makes no claims or takes any responsibility for any product descriptions. USA Archery does not handle any complaints or problems relating to any discrepancy of description of product. USA Archery gives no refunds of any kind for any discrepancy of a product -‐ this will need to be handled between the customer and the manufacturer. If you have a discrepancy for any equipment product, you must contact the manufacturer of the product in question. USA Archery is not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. USA Archery equipment product lines change as the manufacturer’s product lines change.
All products sold through USA Archery are subject to their original manufacturer's warranty provisions. Any warranties are made by the manufacturer, which has sole responsibility for the provisions, terms, conditions and performance of all warranties. All products that require warranty service or replacement must to be dealt with directly with the manufacturer. If a product has to be sent back to the manufacturer, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility both ways unless the manufacturer has a different policy. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, testing, manufacture and use of its products. USA ARCHERY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, GIVEN OR NOT FULFILLED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
